Since 2007, we’ve been honoured to help you celebrate your finish lines. As we move into a new chapter with a fresh look and a brand-new website, we are making it even easier for you to Make It Personal and claim your itab credit(s).

What's changed?
We have retired our old 'Email Wallet' system. To simplify things, we have converted your existing balance into  single, unique coupon codes. No more logging into separate portals - just one coupon code per credit to use at checkout whenever you are ready.

Got multiple credits?
We’ve generated a unique code for each of your previous credits, all listed below. Please note that our system only allows one discount code to be applied per order. If you have multiple credits, you will just need to place a separate order for each one. Each code is valid for one-time use.

How do I get my coupon code?
For those with existing credits on our old email wallet system, you will have received an email with your new unique coupon codes. If you have not received an email please check your junk folder.

Customers who pre-ordered their itab for a World’s Marathons event or Abbott World Marathon Majors Collectible Coin will also receive an email with their coupon to fulfil their order.

How to Claim with your unique code(s):

1. Click the ‘Make Your Claim’ link below to visit the Make It Personal shop page.

2. Select your itab type - ‘itab’ for an insert that attaches directly to a recess in your medal, or ‘itab plus’ that includes a buckle/hanger that attaches to any medal ribbon. Please note your credit will not apply to our new premium, itab max range.

3. Enter your personalisation details.

4. Enter your unique code to your cart, the balance will be reduced to zero at checkout.

Important:
‍Your claim code will only be work in the cart stage discount box. It cannot be accepted if entered at checkout. See where to apply below.

5. At checkout, enter your address, for customers based in regions that require a phone number or PO Box number please ensure these details are added.
