itab Replacement Policy
Your event experience is our key concern at Make It Personal and we want to ensure you are pleased with your itab purchase. We understand that itabs will occasionally need to be replaced, for various reasons, and we will be happy to replace them when we are at fault.In the majority of instances your itab will be engraved using information we have received from you directly; or indirectly via the Registration Form you completed to enter the event. If the details on your itab are incorrect due to an error by Make It Personal then we will replace it immediately. If we deem that your itab has been wrongly engraved due to incorrect data input on your behalf, we reserve the right to charge for a replacement. However, in the majority of instances we will send out a free replacement as a gesture of goodwill.
itab Refund Policy
In the unfortunate circumstances your event is cancelled for any reason, you are unable to attend for any reason, we will gladly issue you with an itab credit. This credit can be claimed against any future event you participate in, anywhere in the world. Once you have completed your next event you enter your finish time, confirm your details and your itab will be engraved and posted to you as normal. You will receive an e-mail with the details and this link to redeem your credit.Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances and will be processed by us within 5 working days of our agreement to refund. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.Refunds should be requested within 28 days of the date of shipment; refunds not requested within this reasonable time frame will be refused. After 28 days all sales are considered final unless a fault occurs with the product. If you do wish to request a refund, simply email info@makeitpersonal.io quoting REFUND in the subject line of the email. Please detail the following information in the email and we will respond accordingly:

Make It Personal will only refund the price of the itab. If the itab was purchased through an Event registration, we are unable to process any refunds and requests should be directed to the event organiser.
Background:
This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Website and Make It Personal Ltd, the owner(s) of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.

Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

Calls to us are charged at UK landline rates. All our calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Make It Personal to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Make It Personal for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

13. Termination and Cancellation

13.2 If Make It Personal terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.

13.4 If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
13.5 If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
